WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting duties and maintain full sets of accounts in APAC countries
  • Prepare monthly management report and perform analytical review
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecast and budget vs actual variance analysis
  • Assist with inventory control and management, reconciling inter-companies transactions
  • Assist with financial audit preparations and audit process
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves items/issues impacting financial statements
  • Provide financial and analytical support to various departments and offices
  • Assist in special projects, process improvement and technical accounting research
  • Contribute to improving process workflows and maintaining system administration
  • Other duties assigned as needed

 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in a corporate accounting organization
  • Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required (HKICPA / ACCA equivalent preferred)
  • Hand on Experience on Project Accounting
  • Work independently in Hong Kong office and support to other offices in Asia
  • Strong knowledge in PC/Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience in Microsoft D365 is preferred; experienced in system enhancement
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail
  • Detail oriented and capable of analyzing complex financial/operational data
  • Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Experience operating in a multi-nations business environment
