WHAT YOU’LL DO
- The Service Solution Architect provides pre-sales engineering support with a focus on designing comprehensive managed services solutions for the life-cycle management of the customer’s AV & UCC Environment leveraging both AVI-SPL products and services as well as manufacturer’s solutions as needed, to develop a fit-for-purpose customer solution.
- Working closely with the Services Teams, Service Solution Architect will lead a business engagement, developing a comprehensive roadmap, managing engagement artifacts, and effortlessly participating at all levels within an organization to build rapport and credibility
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating business cases and establishing comprehensive roadmaps for Enterprise and Global Accounts
- Development and design of complex services solutions and as a trusted advisor help drive to achieve our customers’ entire collaboration objectives. The areas of responsibility and therefore expertise is including but not limited to:
- Budgetary and Detailed Proposal writing
- Statements of Work creation and Maintenance
- Customer Network Connectivity Design
- RFx repository creation and maintenance
- Proactively engages with Services Development team based on market intelligence and customer needs providing analysis for service improvement and development
- Proven internal business process knowledge of end-to-end customer life cycle support for Managed Services Solutions
- Facilitate the application of business architecture for business and IT value by developing and maintaining business capabilities of the enterprise
- Develops industry knowledge for mentoring of fellow Solution Architects and other engineering teams
- Respond to RFx activity from sales channels as needed at unpredictable volumes
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate equipment setup, cable management, and adherence to safety standards.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.
- Other duties assigned as needed

Education & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in UC Solutions/Contact Center Applications/ Voice (IPT) and Video Conferencing Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Information Technology expert that can speak on multiple levels of technology to C-Suite
- Experience or Certifications equivalent to Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert or Business Architect Practice Expert is highly regarded
- Working Knowledge of all major UCC collaboration solutions and associated management platforms with relevant manufacturer certifications
