The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for delivering remote technical support of Pro A/V and Video Teleconferencing solutions to customers and serving as an escalation point for other technical and non-technical team members alike.

The Installation Technician will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication. The Installation Technician will be expected to lead and direct installation crews (internal or subcontracted) on large and complex projects and engage in specific system testing by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
Management of assigned Onsite Managed Services (OMS) staff including interviewing, hiring, performance management, time and expense approvals.
